Repair Options

Physical Damage

  • All buttons such as Power, volume and home buttons on all devices
  • Physical damage to any plastics or aluminium chassis including iPads. Hinge damage can also be repaired.
  • Devices with broken USB or other ports connected to logic or mainboards

Power Issues

  • All charging and power socket repair or replacement on all devices
  • Powering-up, charging issues or devices that won’t turn on

Screen Repair

  • All touch and non-touch broken screens on ALL devices.

Software issues

  • Full device software servicing to fix speed, updating issues and virus removal.
  • Data recovery on all devices and external storage devices. Free quote provided after initial assessment.

Water Damage

  • Quotes can be provided to fix liquid damage on any device. We also can provide written assessments on damage for insurance companies.

Payment Options


  • If a device is unrepairable or a quote has not been accepted, there will be no charge (excluding freight charges to IP Partners for non-metro customers)
  • Payments can be made via direct bank transfer or through credit/debit card via eftpos upon invoice.

Schools and Businesses

  • 7 day accounts can also be provided for schools/businesses upon request

Freight Options

Free Pickup and Delivery Within Adelaide Metro

  • Our free device pickup and delivery option is available Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 5pm (ACST).
  • We offer an after hours pickup and delivery service for $20, for ours 6am – 8:30am and 5pm – 9pm (ACST).
  • You can determine whether you are inside the Adelaide Metropolitan area using this map. 
  • Outside of the metro area? Simply pay freight to IP Partners and we’ll pay to ship it back!

School Pickup

  • If you are part of a school or business, we are happy to pick up your device from this location. Just add it in our booking form.
